How We're Different

We charge in a cost per lead- 10 leads minimum to start. See definiton below.

No Hourly Expense. No Up and Down of Lead Flow. 

We Set the Right Expectations. For a list of 5,000 leads there will be between 15 and 25 sales in the next year (we know the hot zips). Those 20 sales will happen over the next 12 months--not all in the next 90 days. It's just math.  Other than seasonal fluctuations, the sales will occur normnally distrobuted over the next 12 months. We do not guarantee 20 leads that will close in the next 90 days. 

Month 1- 10 leads = 1 close in next 12 months

Month 2 - 20 leads= 1 close in the next 6 months. One in the next 12.

Month 3-  30 leads = 1 close in next 3 months', 1 in next 6 months; 1 in next 9 and one in 12 .

Month 6 Example Summary 

Spend = $30,000
